Mason & Stanfield update

A BUSY ENGINEERING FIRM

Wondering what's going on?  Thanks to our wonderful clients, the first 10 months of 2011 have blessed Mason & Stanfield with more work than we've seen in about 3 years.  Perhaps it's a positive sign.  We've provided engineering and surveying services on several projects.  Here's what Mason & Stanfield has been up to:

The Traditions at Boise.  This is a multi-family, senior citizens project located off Eagle Road in Boise.  Currently under construction.

Heritage Charter School.  The school opened on-time in Caldwell!  .

Atlanta Water Association.  This is a new client of ours.  We look forward to a long-term relationship with AWA.  And by the way, during my first site visit, my rear brake on the dirt bike went out on the backside of James Creek Road.  That was fun....

Taco Bell.  Currently under construction in Boise, off Eagle Road. .

Batteries Plus.  This is a new project in Nampa, near the new Karcher interchange.  Look for the store to open in a few months.  Stop in and say "hi".

Regency at River Valley, Meridian.  This is a resort style multi-family project that we have been working on for a while.  Lots of progress was made this year.  Construction should start soon.

Holly Plaza, Meridian.  We are wrapping up this two lot commercial subdivision at the corner of Fairview and Meridian Roads.

Nashua Homes, Boise.

City of Nampa retained us for a few various projects.  It's been great having the office a few blocks away from city hall.

That's a quick snapshot of our projects.  Others include condominium plats, parcel boundary adjustments, boundary surveys, construction staking, grading and drainage plans, and more.  We even did a Record of Survey in Valley County!!!
