New ADA Rules

The Department of Justice's 2010 rules include revisions to ADA standards.  The new standards will likely appear in the September, 2011 CFR.  The standards will take effect around March, 2012.  By March 2013, the new standards will be required for new construction and alterations on existing projects. 

Keep this in mind as you plan ahead for your project.  Select a design team that understands ADA policies.
