Mason and Stanfield's latest project, Idaho Self Storage, will soon open for business. It is located within Brighton Corporation's Paramount Commercial Subdivision, on the east side of Linder Road, just north of McMillan in Meridian. The secured facility features various sizes of drive up units and climate controlled indoor units. They'll have hand-trucks on-site and sell moving supplies as well. Their staff is very polite and helpful. And, the units have rain gutters!! Imagine loading your stuff and not getting a waterf

The Department of Justice's 2010 rules include revisions to ADA standards. The new standards will likely appear in the September, 2011 CFR. The standards will take effect around March, 2012. By March 2013, the new standards will be required for new construction and alterations on existing projects.
Keep this in mind as you plan ahead for your project. Select a design team that understands ADA policies.

3rd quarter SF building permits look better than last year for many cities. Positive gains are seen in Boise, Eagle, Fruitland, Middleton, Nampa and other cities. Others such as Caldwell, Meridian and Star are lower than in 2009. This data was supplied by the Idaho Economic Indicator and the Idaho Business Review.
