Boundary related projects include cadastral surveys, metes and bounds descriptions, easement descriptions, parcel descriptions, mortgage surveys, property boundary surveys, locating property corners, set lot and parcel corners, parcel property line adjustments, lot and parcel splits, final plats, records of survey, and ALTA (American Land Title Association) surveys.

We can also assist you with construction staking services. We will stake your building, parking structure, bridge, box culvert, irrigation box, roadway, heavy highway, sewer system, water systems, irrigation system, parking lot, and drainage facility. We also provide record drawing and as built surveying and drafting services.
